It really has. There are pros/cons to every decision. But one thing is very clear. My unique quirky store isn't the same as it was when I was hired.

It used to be fun. We used to have bands. Food trucks twice a month. We don't even do Partner of the Month anymore!

If work is just going to be work, I'd rather it be closer to home and recapture about 8-10 hours a week of commute time at the very least.
