The top gals are still there, but in the service department now neither the lead nor sub manager are the same.

Sales are up 11% year to year for the location which obviously puts a ton of pressure on us. I don't think it's being addressed well.
They're asking us to ask customers to make sure they fill out the surveys on the receipts, but I wouldn't be doing that if I were them. Lines are long, inventory is low, and attitudes are souring. Sounds like a recipe for disaster to me.
