"Are you sick?" she asked. I guess it's obvious. To add insult to injury, she mentioned that she wasn't voting "Yes" on Prop 97. I'm disappointed. It's a corporate tax on sales rather than revenue since corporations are so good at hiding revenue, but it basically means that even if you don't make a profit, you still get taxed. I feel it's necessary to help prop up the state's budget but she's still bitter about a measure that passed a few years back that imposed a minimum tax of $125 on all corporations, including LLCs. It basically killed our little company.
