Just seems like such a dick move. He may be no Clinton fan, but his testimony to Congress went far to absolve her in the first place.

Is this some kind of revenge move because he feels he didn't get consideration from Clinton or is he angry at Congress at the way he was treated so he kinda went on tilt ("Fine. Every time I hear 'Clinton' and 'email', you're getting a fucking memo.")
