You could also use something like IFTTT but that might be kind of a nightmare with a large number of feeds.

Yahoo used to have a great tool where you could merge a bunch of feeds into one feed but they killed it a couple of years ago.

I love IFTTT and use it for RSS feeds all the time and you can do all sorts of stuff with it.
