they are coming for the third time tomorrow.


To date we have been told:

Get a new HD box
No, sorry, you can only have an SD box.
Get another new SD box
We will send a tech to you
It’s not in your unit, it’s downstairs, we will fix it in 48 hours.
It’s not downstairs, it’s probably in your unit.
We will send another tech.

Also, we believe it’s tied to the new phone line, but no-one will take this into account.
As of this morning, none of our channels work properly. We have no sound and every channel is breaking up visually.
