Trump is only trailing by 1.7% in RCP. He doesn't need shy voters at this point. He just needs the polls to be slightly wrong, or good turnout.

I'm not sure what the MoE is on a collection of polls, but it makes sense it'd be more than 1.7% given all the undecideds.
