amuse bouche - cheese puffs
quail egg with caviar that was placed in a wafer and warmed over stones.
BREAD
Some carefully roasted veggies in coarse salt.
pate terrine of duck
Langoustines - can't even remember how they were prepared but it was exquisite.
Cheese course - 3 cheeses
Some insane chocolate dessert with a birthday candle. It was a combination mousse, ganache, sponge and serious chocolate work/design.
A delicious white wine that mel wouldn't let me see he'd ordered because he knew I'd have sticker shock.
So cray.
