We also have a question about raising the limit of Charter Schools in the state, a question about opening another slot casino and a question regarding the way livestock should be confined.
There's also an extra question on some communites' ballots regarding an extra property tax. Question 5 would essentially add an extra tax to existing property tax. The money would go into a fund to be used to preserve open space, parks, historic buildings and build affordable housing. It would probably end up costing $26 per quarter.
