a town with 89K wine...undefended. Someone else, however, is protecting his/her kill with a blockading fleet.
I'm contemplating breaking the protecting fleet.

Mel, we found out on .org today that you can't break the protecting fleet, but you can join it.

The guy *still* has no defenses. He's improved a number of his buildings since I contacted his alliance, but not the barracks.
