i think you should be required to have 3 hours off between 9-5 pm. So if you don't start work till 6pm, you work as usual. If you -- (edited)

You have to have 2 hours of time to vote if you are unable to vote outside of working hours. -- nm

Jobs are required to give you time to go vote if you work a long shift that would cover voting hours. I don't know how long they have to give you but

but that is only really applicable to 9 to 5ers. it's tricky because other people have problems getting there too. people with two jobs. etc. -- nm
