It was basically an anti-porn amendment dressed up as a healthcare initiative.

Basically, it would have required all porn shoots in CA to use condoms and ANYONE in CA could file a complaint that had to be acted upon in court if it was not used. It was basically a way to bankrupt production companies by drowning them in lawsuits.
Currently, the rule is there in LA county and almost all of the work has moved outside it. Basically, it would have shut down the CA industry and moved it all to NV.
