Mainly, I think they tinker around the edges and call it something else.

Sure they'll repeal "Obamacare" but many of the parts are popular (pre-existing conditions, coverage to 26, etc...).
The exchanges themselves may go away and not sure about explicit subsidies but the reforms to the private insurance market are likely to stay.

I've heard some talk that large parts of it really can't be because of how they're integrated into other laws
