My rough math puts my family's extra expenses due to California passing the no free plastic bags prop at anywhere from $110-$145 a year.

Walmart is already charging .10 per bag.
So, looks like I'll be Costco-ing it (no bags, just boxes) from here on out when I go grocery shopping.

Just bring cloth bags. (when the law changed here, all of sudden you realize you never see them as litter anymore.)
