Some are dumb and believe that the budget isn't balanced due to NEA grants and bridges to nowhere earmarks

Others genuinely are afraid that we're going to become Greece if our rate of borrowing $ and not living within our means keeps increasing
Some don't understand that managing your personal budget is different than managing a country's budget
