I saw your post and took more than one pass at a response. Honestly, I would say nil.

First past the post encourages broad-issue brokerage parties. Proportional Representation does not and would be an obvious vehicle for more extremist views. We're too diverse a country for it to work well in my mind.
Preferential ballot appears to be a tough one for Liberals to make work politically. They'd love it, but the NDP are opposed as well as the Tories, so it's a bad look.
This mail out surveys stunt - and it is a stunt - is fascinating frankly. I'm curious at results and whether the Liberals would release it. In a way, I can see this being the vehicle of Trudeau's final retreat on the promise. "The country is split, blah, blah, blah..."
