Well no one wants to see him sink cause the consequences would be potentially catastrophic

And it would take alot of us down with him. But based on what he has said and promised to do. I don't see how it can't be. I'm disgusted and tired cause I stayed up to late watching the results and still had to work so a bit cranky. So if there is even a chance to challenge the E.V then I'd take it.
