fwiw, I was pleased about a local dem for dem switch. mike honda, who thought he could coast along and do next to nothing, got ousted. -- nm -- (edited)

mike took over the tom campbell (I miss him *so*) house seat, and he just sucked. his opponent got a lot of support from $$ tech folks, which mike tried to make seem a bad thing (um, hello, remember your area).
