Absolutely, but those people don't get more or better insurance as a result of repeal, so they are a wash at best.

And if they repeal the things like preexisting conditions, etc, it could be worse for some of them.
But in my view, the people who really on healthcare from the exchanges could be the swings. I actually expect a number of them voted for Trump because abortion or something else. When they are actually hurt personally, they'll bite back at someone.
