What food places are like ... I don't think John has noticed yet that I've only been asking men either :) heh heh
Everyone here is so fit - and less than 10% of the population smoke - which is really nice. Mostly Aisan tourists lighting up!
It's so nice to walk around and not see ciggie butts littering the pavement - or having to walk through clouds of smoke. I have really noticed it missing - the air is so pure and fresh.
(no offense intended to those who do smoke - just observing a big difference here)
I have been walking a LOT - and eating way healthier options (no fast food & drinking way more water) - I think if I did live here I'd be significantly less heavy than I am presently. Then again - I'm on vacation with daily food options on breakfast buffets that I'd never have at home - plus no work stress - so maybe not ... but it's a nice thought.
Have another 19 days before I'm home and my clothes are fitting looser - so fingers crossed I may sustain the healthy habits when I return and continue to feel better!
