Then you also do that for social services like welfare, food stamps etc.

Not saying I would do it, but just answering the question.

Also since I am commenting. I am someone that sees the need for MORE immigration from outside the country to make up for our falling birthrates. We are going to be in big trouble in future decades if we don't boost immigration.

I have done a 180 on that. It's all in the numbers for the future. Many top countries are running into declining population problems.
