22-month old son of the charged dude and his wife. He said he went to the office and forgot to stop at day care and drop the son off. Worked all day while his son was in car in parking lot in Georgia in summer. Son died.

Prosecution says mr psuedo-Weiner was sexting on side, including with a minor, and wanted to leave wife but wouldn't do so while son was alive
