I had a client (now retired) who was in house counsel at bank and just was constantly calling to ask me questions. No exaggeration it was at least 5

times a day, whether it related to something I was working on with him (rarely) or not (often). The guy basically wouldn't go to the bathroom without calling for my approval. I could see Trump calling Obama like that.
