There's a broken rail in one of the East River tunnels. So LIRR is delayed (makes sense) and Amtrak is delayed (makes sense).
But NJ Transit is also delayed. What? Why? How? They don't have a yard in Queens, do they?

They use the Amtrak yard in Sunnyside to layup trains during the day, otherwise they'd have to send them back through the Hudson River tubes to NJ -- nm
