housing market is so sluggish.
but I'm talking about those toxic mortgages to people who couldn't possibly qualify for one, as one wag put it, (stewart?) people who probably wouldn't be picked for a jury, you know, farm laborers making 15k a year getting a mortgage for a half million house where the monthly was twice their income. I mean there can't be any of those left.
