Well, sale of NB Liquor is problematic because you're selling a monopoly, and it has the most value to the buyer if the monopoly is maintained.

And also, the biggest return from the sale to the government. So that's hard to unpick.
But if you're able to create a competitive market, the good things that flow from that - lower prices, better investment, more choice, etc - would be more than $100M a year.
(I can't believe that I, the government worker, is making this argument to the accountant. It should really be the other way around)
