They have little around him or waiting to come up. They're a below .500 team and not getting better.

There's no buying their way out of this so what is the point of keeping him if you won't make the playoffs? He might not see one playoff game throughout the rest of his contract. I understand how great he is but one guy isn't enough and they don't have anyone coming to help him out.
