hired to make a documentary bio. IIRC he was biz advisor, investor? in Pappy Murphy's but they had a falling out so he copied the whole concept and put competing stores almost side by side. I my town they are two strip mall doors away.
I think he toned it down because he did lose a lot of business shortly after the ACA thing...i remember getting a pizza and there was a line at murphy but the pj store was empty
