macy's really peeved me with this earlier in the week. canceled my order because I didn't pick-up my phone.

when I called, they said they could go ahead and put the order through for me; but then no 6% from ebates. I tried again and the second time, they gave me a couple of days to call; so it worked - still need to confirm ebates triggered, though.
what really ticked me off is that, for the second time, I found out that a $200 gc of theirs was empty because of fradulent purchases - they checked my under $20 purchase that used an email address and home address that have been tied to Macy's for decades; but they didn't check those danged purchases?!?! (I'm pursuing the fraud, yet again, ugh.)
