she obviously needs some help -- psychologically, for sure, and probably some physical concerns as well -- but this was a low for Dr, Phil. it was just uncomfortable to watch. I couldn't bring myself to do it if i were a tv host. if you want to help someone -- genuinely help them -- do it privately, not on a tv show, and do it in a way where people aren't going to squirm.
