yeah ... kinda the whole reason I forced myself to face so many flights (I fear planes big time) - to now have fear of water when I never did before

Just sucks so bad. But John said it was a visceral reaction ... nothing I could have known would happen or prepared for ahead of time, so I'll just have to hope it's a one off.
