Is it pork, pineapple, and onions?

I think the two things I liked least about the places I've been that were said to be authentic were that all the tacos were topped with onions and that the double tortilla threw off the balance.
But I really hope they weren't as authentic as you would like with their chorizo. I try and avoid offal, but the chorizo con papas was my favorite taco. I'm hoping they went the Spanish way with that.
