fave is prob. japanese or chinese (tho chinese is cheating since they really have like 8 cuisines). not sure about least, i like something about....

just about every kind of cuisine.
if bland american, corporate, middle of the road, fast casual/chartwell's style food is a cuisine, then that's my least favorite i guess.
