No, but commenting on the why particular research is or isn't useful can be policy decisions.

The point is that there is:
A) Clear evidence showing that interviews occurred every day under the Tories; and
B) That the rules were likely not as onerous as we were led to believe because the Liberals certainly could have changed them and have not and yet we don't hear a peep on the issue anymore.
