Nice! When Theresa and I had a small group here we'd make a turkey breast instead of the whole bird.

Less prep/cooking time, less cleaning up and much less leftovers.
My friend's family makes ham every year and for many years they made it in the microwave. *smh* I couldn't believe it until I saw it with my own eyes. I was then very grateful for my family's Thanksgiving dinner.
