September 21, 1990
When I grow-up, I want to work with rare and baby animals. I also want to be like my older brother because he is strong, smart and hansome. I won't be like him and not go out with anyone.
October 19, 1990
The teacher strike is finaly over so everything is back to normal. On Tues. we went to the Bronx Zoo. We left David Surenian there so when we got back Mrs. Miller and Dr. Jackson had to go back and get him. We also have a big assignment!
January 11, 1991
The US has given Husein until January 15 to get out of Kewait. Then war comes. I think it's very dumb to send more troops to Operation Desert Sheild because we have over 300,000 troops there, and we have 28 nations with us.
May 17, 1991
We're back from camp now. I liked it so much, I didn't want to leave. Back here at school everythings normal (besides ridge being at camp). Mr. Walace is giving us our projects. Ms. D'Anna is giving us dittos. Ms. Miller is mad cause I write good at home but not at all in class, and Ms. Baker, well, is being her normal self. Miss Baker says to look her up in 1997.
(We looked at his yearbook - Miss Baker looks to be in her early/mid 20's)
