Dropped off my car for an oil change at the dealer. Previously $39 would cover the oil change and tire rotation but now he said tire rotation is $19

Extra. Fine.
Then i go into the wait room and the TV screen shows tire rotation is 9.99, not 19.99. So I told him and he changed the price. But wtf is that.
They will hear about it in the follow survey they do.
