are repealing it with the plan to hold a gun to democrats head 3 years from now to pass whatever they want (if they have anything) or see millions lose coverage. And if democrats resist they will blame them for it. Put up your plan and make the case for why it's better and then you can replace Obamacare with it. This is chickenshit.
