But not a bad enough idea to have the replacement ready and in effect when they vote to repeal. It's not like they haven't had 6+ years already to

propose a replacement and they have never come up with a meaningful proposal. I've always been convinced that the reason they have such a tough time coming up with a replacement is because Obamacare was essentially their idea to begin with. They already put forth their best idea and it got adopted, only not when they wanted it so they "had to" oppose it.
