who knew there'd be something to be pleased about when paying property taxes? my county finally has a way to pay online without paying a fee, woo.

up until the payment earlier this year (ours are split into 2, but are not 6 months apart because what fun would that be?), they charged $15 for paying online with a checking account; but now it's free (unless it doesn't go through, and then there's a big fine - don't screw up, keypoint credit union!).
cc use still has an ~2.3% fee, but that makes more sense than charging so much for an ach transfer.
