Last night N and I started making cherry cordials.

Today, after dipping them in chocolate and letting them cool in the fridge, I discovered something very important:

If there is just the teeeeeeniest section that is not totally covered in chocolate, that liquid middle is going to ooze right out. If you can see the slightest bit of pink middle, it's gonna ooze.

Oh well. I'm sure they'll still taste good. I probably won't be giving any of these out though. :/
