I can't figure out where they go for bowls. I "think' CU goes to Rose Bowl no matter what?

If Washington wins no reason they fall out of top 4. So CU next in line to smell the roses. If CU wins, I don't think they jump from 9 to 4 so they represent as PAC-12 champs in Pasadena.
