They are consistently A episodes with some A+ thrown in. I don't know which I like more - the improv or scripted bits.

I'm still laughing at the bit by Winston, "you know how when bad things happen on holidays and ruin that holiday? I can never go to 'Take Your Daughter to Work Day'..."
I love how under the radar weird he is. I crack up every time they show his room and there's a big tentacle mural on one of the walls. It's never referenced or acknowledged. It's just a joke they put in.
and the cut-away scenes to past events in their lives is one of my favorites.
