I was just discussing this with my co-worker that does the health insurance in our agency here - he thinks it will more likely be a name change with

tweaks to the existing plan ... and really, I think tweaking the existing plan makes MUCH more sense. It would be hard to come out with a first draft universal healthcare for the U.S. that didn't need things fixed ... you can't anticipate what problems can crop up.
I really hope they don't start all over - it would just suck.
