Still..well done. I didn't even know there was such an impossibility as a one ring muscle up

I had to post short and long term goals recently.

The best that I could come up with is to work on pull up movements in the short term and long term that I'd like to be able to do a single rep of the Rx weight

Today it was pointed out that I missed a more basic goal...and progressing to using the men's bar ;-)
