Oh...kind of like my one rep goal with weight...(1) Strict Ring Muscle Up...still insane

Going well enough that it has become part of my weekly routine. 3-4 times per week, 5AM class before work.

Well enough that I signed a six month contract

Getting stronger...I'm almost at the point that I can lift like a girl, well, the women in my class. 8-P

er, and having said that, I was instructed to do the snatch reps this morning with just the bar and just focus on form. I blame that on the same reason you had that we never work on that particular lift in class and like I'm going to go lift on my own......

But I'm having 'fun'. It is helping my running up to about 10K distance...turns out for longer distances than there's no replacement for actually running for stupidly long distance/time. I've lost waist size but maintained the same weight so not exactly gainz but kind of a reshaping

Oh..and was recently shamed by one of the instructors so now have actual crossfit shoes as opposed to showing up to class in old running shoes
