I'm totally for putting some different people on our currency. I do like having various presidents on them, but we can compromise. release some paper currency each year as they are now (with the various presidents on the bills as they appear currently). but then print some currency with various significant people in American history as well, sort of like "parallel currency" ...

Tubman, Susan B Anthony ... maybe an important scientist ... there are many possibilities.

One of my favorite hobbies is coin collecting. and by extension, i occasionally buy a nice piece of foreign paper currency if the price isn't jacked up. Foreign countries really do have some attractive paper currency, and they tend to put a lot of different national figures on their money.

I don't know why we can't do the same thing.
