we had that happen, lucky we didn't break a pipe then. also washing machine line froze, any pipe in the wall, there's often no insulation there -- nm - zeitgeist Dec 9, 19:57 2
- Since our laundry room is in a very small enclosed space near an outside wall, our realtor also suggested we leave the laundry room door open all winter -- (edited) - kelly Dec 9, 20:04 1
  - our laundry room is open, its the hall from the kitchen to the 'garage' aka my office, it still froze (not to the point of damage luckily) so on reall - zeitgeist Dec 9, 21:00
