It wasn't that tidy. A situation spiraled.

They gave me the wrong order. I noticed immediately, but it was lunch hour. So, I had to get back in line at the drive-thru. Then, they had to charge me for the difference since my order cost more. And after they returned my card, the guy didn't realize I still didn't have my food. So, after a few minutes, I had to go back in.
They kind of had an attitude about it at the start. By the end, they were begging forgiveness. It's generally a very well run restaurant. They just had a letdown with me.
