This is R-Rated. You see Franco pubes in the first 5mins. The phrases, "Double-Dicking" and "Baboon Bukkake" are running punch lines (I am ashamed that I can spell 'Bukkake' without having to google - also, don't google it).

The writing is really good with a standard story as the backbone but layered with some interesting touches like not one but 2 or even 3 side characters there for specific gags. They outright steal a Pink Panther gag but literally credit it in the movie. I doubt anyone under 30 will get it but those of us who loved those movies will spot it in seconds.

The cast takes the strong writing and delivers professional comedy. There are short, quick punchlines, sight gags, over the top R-Rated jokes, punchlines they go back to repeatedly in one sequence which works. It almost all works.

If this isn't the funniest mainstream movie of the year, it's close.
